☄️ I've placed an order! So... When will it be here?
🌙 All standard decal orders will take up to 1 week to process, and all custom decal orders will take up to 2 weeks to process. All items in the shop are made by hand, so this very valuable time is spent making sure all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted.
☄️ What's the difference between tracked and untracked shipping?
🌙 Tracked shipping gives those who order decals the opportunity to receive shipping with tracking. Tracked shipping comes to your doorstep in approximately 3-5 days. It costs a little more, but if you'd like the piece of mind (or you're like me and love watching where your order goes), you can select this shipping option. If you'd prefer to save a couple dollars, untracked shipping is provided for a lower cost. An untracked shipping order will come to you in approximately 5-7 business days with a fun little stamp on the envelope.
☄️ Custom orders? So I can ask for whatever I want as a decal?
🌙 Yes, but there are some limitations. Custom decals are primarily for people who want flat logos, designs or text on a decal that they can't really seem to find anywhere else. If you have an idea or design you'd like to bring to life, feel free to shoot me a message via the Contact form. I will not take other people's art as a custom order unless it is your own, as that would be taking from an artist that deserves the proper payment for their hard work.
